VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can Veg-All, drained
1 can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. celery, chopped
crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. Mexican hot Velveeta cheese, grated
3/4 or 1 stick melted butter

Mix Veg-All, corn, celery, onions and mayonnaise. Put in casserole dish. Add cheese. Top with Ritz crackers and butter.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
