VEGETABLE HOT DISH 
4 or 5 carrots, cut into strips and slightly cooked
1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 can whole green beans, drained

Cook carrots slightly, drain by dipping from water. Use same water to drop frozen vegetables into so they can be separated. Arrange all vegetables in 13 x 9 inch dish.

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. cheese, cubed (Velveeta)

Spread over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. 8 to 10 servings. Heat until cheese melts.
