FETTUCCINE ALFREDO II 
10 oz. fettuccine, cooked
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. finely chopped chives
Nutmeg, salt, and pepper

Cook pasta. Drain and set aside. Melt butter and add pasta. Add sour cream and stir a minute over low heat. Add cream and cook slowly for 5 minutes. Add cheese, a sprinkling of nutmeg, and 1 tablespoon of chives. Continue to cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Garnish with remainder of chives.
