FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1 lb. cooked fettuccine
6 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Lg. pinch white pepper
Lg. pinch nutmeg
1 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley (optional)

Cook fettuccine according to package directions.

Melt butter - heat butter and whipping cream for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. If cheese won't melt put back on medium low heat - stir constantly until melted - do not let mixture boil. Stir in parsley. Pour over cooked fettuccine noodles. Stir to coat noodles. Serves 4.
