1/2 c. butter, soft
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. water
4 lg. apples, sliced (6 c.)
1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat butter and brown sugar together. Add flour, cinnamon and water and mix well. Put apples, cinnamon and sugar in greased pie pan or quiche dish. Spread dough over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream. A "quick-to-fix" apple pie!
