FROZEN PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
2 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. Knox gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix graham crackers, butter, powdered sugar and gelatin for the crust. Freeze 1/2 hour. Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar and milk real well. Last of all, fold in Cool Whip. Pour into crust and freeze. Top with a little Cool Whip before serving if desired.
