STUFFED PORK CUTLETS 
4 pork cutlets
2 cans tomato soup
1 onion, sliced
1 box stuffing mix, prepared or 3 c. of favorite stuffing
2 tsp. black pepper

Place 3/4 cup of stuffing on each pork cutlet. Bring up sides and secure with toothpicks. Place in large frying pan. Mix 2 cans of tomato soup, 1 can of water and pepper. Cover cutlets with sliced onion and pour tomato soup mixture over cutlets. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes. The tomato soup mixture is great over mashed potatoes.
