SLOPPY JOE 
2 lbs. ground beef (ground chuck)
2 onions
2 green peppers
2 tbsp. dry mustard
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Brown meat. Add above, stir and simmer 3/4 hour. I usually double above. I try to make day before, that way the flavor goes through everything. I serve on the butter crust rolls from Kirshbaum's Bakery, W.S.
