GOULASH 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
8 oz. macaroni (or other pasta)

Oil frying pan slightly. Cook onion, celery and green pepper until transparent. Add ground beef. Cook, stirring constantly. Add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce and cooked macaroni (or other pasta). Serve.
