HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
2 lb. beef steak
Butter
1 lb. onions, sliced
2 tsp. paprika
1 c. stewed tomatoes
1 c. beef stock
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 slice lemon peel, chopped
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
2 tbsp. flour
1 lb. noodles

Saute onion and beef in butter. Add paprika and tomatoes. Combine stock, garlic, lemon peel and caraway seed. Add to beef steak mixture. Simmer 1 hour. Melt 2 tablespoons butter, add flour to make paste. Add to beef mixture gradually stirring well. Cook until thickened. Cook noodles and drain. Serve beef over noodles.
