BUTTERNUT SQUASH PIE 
1 1/2 c. butternut squash, boiled & mashed
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
3 med. eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Unbaked pie crust

In large bowl mix first 7 ingredients, then in small bowl mix next 4 ingredients. Combine both bowls together. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust, bake in a preheated oven, 350 degrees for 1 hour.
