CARAMEL APPLE FRUIT SALAD | |
8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice 1 egg 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar 1/2 c. sugar 4 granny smith apples 1 3/4 c. chopped peanuts 8 oz. Cool Whip Over medium heat, stir pineapple, egg, flour, vinegar, and sugar until thick like pudding. Refrigerate until cool. Peel and slice apples. Mix apples with cool mixture. Add 1 1/4 cups peanuts and Cool Whip. Spread 1/2 cup peanuts on top as garnish. Refrigerate 2-3 hours. |
