4-6 apples, chopped 2 c. miniature marshmallows 2 c. salted Spanish peanuts 1 sm. instant butterscotch pudding Lg. Cool Whip 1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained) Whip together pudding and Cool Whip. Add crushed pineapple, apples, marshmallows and peanuts. Stir. Chill. | |

This is great. we have it at every family dinner now. We have weight issues in our family and use sugar free and fat free pudding and Cool whip. Once we forgot the marshmallows and still company raved about the salad. depending on what family member makes the dish the nuts may change such as walnuts and pecans they all work.
