ITALIAN MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. crushed saltine crackers
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Blend 1/3 cup tomato sauce into meat with crumbs, oregano, salt and pepper. Pat out on wax paper into rectangular shape about 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella. Roll up. Tuck ends under, seam side down in casserole dish. Spread remaining tomato sauce over. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
