ITALIAN MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
3/4 c. bread crumbs
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt
Green pepper & mushrooms

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, oregano, salt and 3/4 of 1 can of tomato sauce. Place combined ingredients on flat surface and roll out to a 10 to 12 inch circle. Cover circle with Mozzarella cheese, peppers and mushrooms. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Roll up, place in long shallow baking pan and cover with remaining tomato sauce. Cook 1 hour uncovered in 350 degree oven.
