BRAN & HONEY MUFFINS 
2 c. bran cereal
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/4 or 1/2 c. raisins

Mix cereal, flour and soda; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Fill lightly greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Batter will keep in refrigerator for 4 weeks.
