BEST EVER RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. sugar or honey
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 1/2 c. Post Raisin Bran

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix flour with sugar (or honey), baking powder and salt. Combine melted butter, milk and egg; add to flour mixture. Mix only enough to moisten flour. Fold in cereal.

Fill a greased or paper-lined muffin pan 2/3 full and bake about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Makes 8-10 muffins.
