OAT BRAN PINEAPPLE MUFFINS 
2 1/2 c. oat bran
2 to 3 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. rice milk
2 egg whites, beaten
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1/4 c. raisins (optional)

Mix dry ingredients. Add liquid and mix well. Bake at 425 degrees for 17 to 20 minutes. Makes 16 muffins.
