POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter extract
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seed

Mix all ingredients. Bake in 3 lightly oiled pans (3 bread pans, or 2 bundt pans). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Do not take out of pan. Cool for 5 minutes and glaze bread while still in pan. Remove from pan 15 minutes after glazing.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond
1/2 tsp. butter

Heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour over bread. The glaze will go in easier if you poke holes with a long toothpick.
