POPPY SEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/8 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter extract

GLAZE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Almond & butter extract

Mix together the flour, sugar, eggs, oil, poppy seed, baking powder, salt, milk and the 3 extracts. Pour into 2 large or 5 small loaf pans that are greased and floured well. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes for the large loaves, 30 to 35 minutes for small ones. Glaze while hot with the sugar, orange juice and 3 extracts.
