BEEF OR CHICKEN FAJITAS 
Flour tortillas (2 or 3 per person)
Steak, thin sliced
3 green peppers
1 red pepper
2 onions
1 lime or lime juice

TOPPINGS:

Sour cream
Cheese, shredded
Lettuce, shredded
Tomatoes, chopped
Salsa
Guacamole

Cut the steak into 3 inch (approximately) strips. Cut peppers into strips and slice onions. Cook in a skillet on medium heat until meat is done. Set out bowls with each of the toppings and a spoon in each while meat is cooking. Before serving, squeeze half a lime (or 2 teaspoons lime juice) into the skillet with the meat and peppers and onions. Serve immediately. Each person takes a tortilla and puts some of the meat mixture and toppings in the middle and then rolls the ends in to the center. HINT: Don't make the tortilla too full or the fajita will fall apart.

Boneless chicken breast strips can be substituted for the steak.
