1 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 lb. coconut
1 tbsp. chopped almonds
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
Green frosting

Blend condensed milk, coconut, almonds, vanilla and 1 1/2 packages of Jello. Form into strawberry shaped cookies and roll in remaining 1/2 box of Jello. Make leaves on top with green frosting (decorating tube works best). Makes a pretty accent on a plate of cookies and tasty too!
