CLARA'S PINEAPPLE FLUFF 
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
Juice of 1 lemon
1 med. box vanilla wafers

Cover can of milk with water, boil 15 minutes. Remove can from water, place in refrigerator 12 hours to chill. Heat sugar and pineapple juice to boiling. Remove from fire, add lemon Jello and lemon juice that you boiled. Put in refrigerator to cool and thicken.

In large bowl, beat milk until stiff, but cooled Jello and combine with milk. Pour mixture in pan lined with rolled vanilla wafer crumbs, put remaining half box of vanilla wafer crumbs on top. Chill and serve.
