CREAM CHEESE PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. vanilla wafers
1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Crush vanilla wafers to make 2 cups crumbs. Put in 10-inch pie plate. Put butter over crumbs. Pat in plate to make crust.

Cook pineapple, sugar, cornstarch in saucepan until thick. Cool. Cream cheese, milk, pudding; mix until thick. Pour cream cheese mixture in pie plate until set. Serve pineapple as topping.
