FRUIT SALAD 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 pkg. tapioca pudding
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
3 or 4 sliced bananas
1/4 c. maraschino cherries
1 tbsp. frozen concentrated orange juice

Drain oranges and pineapple into measuring cup. Add enough water to make 3 cups juice. Cook puddings with juice. Add 1 tablespoon frozen concentrated orange juice. Cool and stir in fruit. Chill.
