8 lg. baking potatoes
1/4 c. diced onion
1 beaten egg
6 tbsp. butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper

Bake potatoes until well done. Scoop out halved potatoes and mash with other ingredients. Return mixture to potato shells and sprinkle with paprika. Broil before serving these can be frozen and heated in oven before serving.
