JIFFY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) carton sour crream
1 pkg. (2 lbs.) frozen hashed brown potatoes, thawed
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated cheddar cheese

Combine soups, milk and sour cream. Mix until smooth. Add potatoes, salt and pepper. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Put mixture in 9 x 13 pan. Bake, covered, in 350 degree oven about 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle top with cheese during last 30 minutes baking time. 12 servings.
