JIFFY SPOON TACO CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn chips
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans (hot is best)
1 sm. head lettuce, shredded
3 tomatoes, chopped
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Crumble corn chips; spread evenly onto bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan. Brown ground beef and onions in a skillet. Add tomato sauce and chili to beef mixture; stir and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour mixture over chips. Add a layer of lettuce, a layer of tomatoes and a layer of cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
