TACO CASSEROLE
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Bag of corn chips
16 oz. kidney beans
Grated cheddar cheese
Taco sauce (your brand and your temperature)

Heat beans. Slowly fry hamburger in cast iron skillet, draining grease frequently, mashing the cooked hamburger with a fork (don't let hamburger form clumps, keep finely ground). When hamburger is 95% cooked, add packet of taco seasoning, stirring until well mixed. Add water until hamburger looks moist (1/4-1/2 cup). Fry 1-2 minutes longer, then turn off.

Place a layer of corn chips in a flat container. Spread hot kidney beans on top of chips. Spread hamburger on top of beans. Spread cheese on top of hamburger (the more the better).

Ingredients can be layered, if using a taller container - chips, beans, meat, cheese, chips, beans, meat, cheese, chips, beans, meat, cheese. Just double or triple recipe.

Place in oven set at 400 degrees long enough to melt cheese. Dish onto plate; cover with sauce and pig out.

A tossed salad as a side dish works very well.
