HOT CRAB CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. fresh crabmeat
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. bread crumbs

Combine cream cheese, crabmeat, onion, milk, horseradish, salt, pepper, and paprika. Chop parsley and set aside. Put mixture except parsley in casserole dish. Top with parsley and seasoned bread crumbs. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
