VEGGIE PIZZA | |
2 tubes crescent rolls 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. Ranch HIDDEN VALLEY® dressing mix 2 c. grated cheese 5 different raw veggies (3/4 cup of each) Spread crescent rolls on large cookie sheets making solid dough. Bake at 350 degrees 7 minutes. Cool, completely. Mix together in mixing bowl and cream cheese, mayonnaise, Ranch mix. Spread mixture on cooled crust. Dice 3/4 cup of 5 different raw veggies, sprinkle over cheese mixture, then sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese over veggies. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Cut into squares and serve cold. Suggestions for raw veggies, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, green peppers, carrots, tomatoes, celery and mushrooms. |
