BLONDE PEANUT BUTTER CHIP
BROWNIES
 
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. peanut butter chips

Cream butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Combine flour, soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in chips. Spread batter evenly into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into squares. Yields about 32 brownies.
