BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, cubed dry with no crust
1 1/2 pkg. cracker barrel cheese, grated
6 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place cubed bread in casserole sprayed with Pam (or buttered). Mix the rest of ingredients and pour over bread. Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees until brown 1/2 to 1 hour.
