NANCY BELL'S COLE SLAW FOR A
CROWD
 
2 heads cabbage, shredded
4 onions, chopped
2 green peppers
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. celery seed
2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt

Put first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix vinegar, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Bring to boil and add 1 cup oil. Pour over cabbage. Put in refrigerator. Turn twice a day. Will keep 2 weeks. Serves 25-30 people.
