BUTTER SNOWFLAKES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated orange rind

Sift flour, salt and cinnamon together and set aside. Cream butter and cheese then add sugar gradually until thoroughly mixed. Beat in egg yolk, vanilla and orange rind. Gradually add the sifted dry ingredients.

Fill cookie press or gun. Form on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkles, colored sugar or cinnamon dots can be added if you wish. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool on cookie rack before storing.
