BUTTER SNOW FLAKES 
2 1/4 c. sifted Pillsbury's Best All-Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated orange rind

Preheat oven 350 degrees F.

1. Sift together flour, salt and cinnamon.

2. Cream together butter and cheese; add sugar gradually and cream thoroughly.

3. Beat in egg yolk, vanilla and orange rind.

4. Gradually blend in dry ingredients.

5. Fill Mirro cooky press. Form cookies on ungreased Mirro aluminum cookie sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes.

5. Remove at once to cooling rack. Yield: 6-7 dozen.
