TIPSY CINNAMON BASIL CHUTNEY 
2 c. fresh or frozen sliced peaches
1/2 c. water packed (syrup) pineapple tidbits
1 sm. unpeeled orange, seeded, sliced thin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon basil
2 tbsp. rum

In a saucepan, combine peaches, pineapple, orange, lemon juice, sugar and mix well. Bring to a boil, then simmer, uncovered until thick, 30 to 40 minutes. Last 5 minutes, add cinnamon basil. Remove from heat and stir in rum. Spoon into sterilized jars, seal. Process for 15 minutes in water bath.
