WILD RICE FRUIT SALAD | |
3 c. cooked wild rice, cooled 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple tidbits 1 (3 oz.) jar maraschino cherries 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange-pineapple Jello 1 carton frozen whipped topping 1 c. miniature marshmallows Drain the 3 cans of fruit. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. (The Jello is mixed dry.) Sprinkle with coconut. |
