MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. self rising cornmeal
1 c. reg. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream style corn
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. diced longhorn cheese
1 green pepper, chopped
3 hot peppers or 3 tbsp. crushed red peppers
1 c. milk

Mix all together and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
