MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/3 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 med. onion, chopped fine
3 or 4 hot peppers, chopped
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 sm. can whole grain corn, drained

Grease pan well. Mix ingredients well and bake at 350 degrees until well done, browned. Be sure pan is very hot!
