MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. cooked hamburger
1 Bell pepper
1 can corn, drained
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. corn oil
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 jar pimento
1/4 lb. grated cheese
1 or 2 hot peppers

Mix all ingredients together except the corn oil. Put corn oil in iron skillet; put inside oven until skillet is hot. Then pour batter into hot skillet. Bake at 450 degrees until golden brown.
