TINA'S BREAKFAST NACHOS | |
1 lb. cooked crumbled sausage or cooked chopped ham 4 or 5 scrambled eggs 1 Bag tortilla chips 1 lb. grated cheese Jalapeno Peppers salsa, sour cream, ranch dressing, barbeque sauce Line microwave safe plate with tortilla chips. Sprinkle with sausage or ham on top of chips followed by scrambled eggs, jalapeno peppers and grated cheese. Place nachos in microwave and cook for 1 or 2 minutes or until cheese is melted watching closely. Remove plate from microwave and top nachos with salsa, Ranch dressing, barbeque sauce, a dollop of sour cream or any sauce desired. These are also good as breakfast for supper or lunch.
