APRICOT BREAD | |
2 c. plain flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 c. sugar 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. orange juice 2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. hot water 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. chopped apricots Sift together dry ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Pour batter in a greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes at 350°F. |
