1 box cherry gelatin
1 (3 oz.) can applesauce
2 bottles or cans of 7-Up

Heat applesauce, add gelatin and stir until it is dissolved. Let cool. Add chilled 7-Up and stir until well blended. Chill until firm. Serve on a lettuce leaf. For variety add sliced bananas or chopped nuts. Serves 8.
