AUSTRIAN CHICKEN 
4 lb. chicken pieces
1/2 c. butter (only butter)
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. chives or onions
1 1/2 c. sour cream at room temperature
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mushrooms

Brown chicken well in butter. Place in baking dish to butter, add flour slowly and stir. Remove from heat and add sour cream, stirring constantly. Add parsley, chives, seasoning add mushrooms. Sauce will thicken. Spoon over chicken and bake until tender. Before serving sprinkle with lemon juice,
