PINEAPPLE-CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans chunk pineapple (save the juice) 1 c. sugar 1/3 c. flour 1/3 c. flour 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 stack Ritz crackers Mix the juice, sugar and flour together and then add the pineapple. Put in a 9 x 12 inch casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Saute crushed Ritz crackers in melted butter, then sprinkle on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8. |
