ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichokes (drained & quartered)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 oz. grated mozzarella
Pinch of garlic salt
Salt & pepper

Mix above ingredients with a spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles and turns brown. Serve with bland crackers or Syrian or French bread.
