HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Dash garlic powder
Dash of salt
Lemon juice

Drain artichokes well. Squeeze out all juice with your hands. Break artichokes into small pieces. Add mayonnaise and cheese. Mix well. Add seasonings and mix lightly. Place mixture in a shallow baking dish that can be used for serving. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
