HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
Garlic powder to taste
1 can chopped jalapeno or green chili peppers

Drain and quarter artichokes. Mix with remaining ingredients. Place in small casserole. Sprinkle more Parmesan or some cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
