HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. softened cream cheese
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1 sm. clove garlic, minced

Drain the artichoke hearts and chop into small pieces, then mix with the rest of the ingredients. When thoroughly blended, turn mixture into a pie plate or shallow casserole dish. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. During the baking stir mixture once after 7-8 minutes.

NOTE: Can prepare this to baking point ahead of time. Refrigerate until ready to bake. This cooks very well in the microwave also.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
