HOT ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts 1/2 c. mayonnaise 8 oz. softened cream cheese 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella 3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan 1 sm. clove garlic, minced Drain the artichoke hearts and chop into small pieces, then mix with the rest of the ingredients. When thoroughly blended, turn mixture into a pie plate or shallow casserole dish. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. During the baking stir mixture once after 7-8 minutes. NOTE: Can prepare this to baking point ahead of time. Refrigerate until ready to bake. This cooks very well in the microwave also. |
